I don’t send thank you letters, nor do I expect them. I said/received a thank you when the gift was handed over. That ends this transaction. To quote the great Mitch Hedberg, we don’t need to bring ink and paper into this.

Do you plan on getting a tax refund? That time is now here. Why not use that to help ease the transition.

Does the Nokia N Gage not count as a gaming device?

As someone who has taken a public speaking class and delivered my mother’s eulogy I would offer this advice:

I think the question for me is if the savings are worth the risk of possibly owning a car from a company no longer in business. The security of Tesla probably being around a little longer than Fisker might be worth the difference in cost.

Did your expenses for 17-18 factor in the Prime membership ? If not then you didn't spend more at Amazon during the time when you tried to quit. Small victory but still a win.

This is pretty much my opinion also. If we actually voted for who we wanted instead of who we don’t want then maybe we wouldn’t be in this D or R mess.

The difference is I am a reader whose opinion isn’t worth much. The writer on the other hand should have a higher responsibility to check out the numbers before just posting them. And based on the amount of times my taxes have gone up to cover for previous deficits I would say my number is closer to realistic than any

I hate when writers take the numbers thrown out by politicians and “experts” and just run with them. How about doing some homework and letting the public know how many times these grand plans ran over budget or didn’t bring in the promised amount. I’d bet my paycheck that the answer is in the high 90s. To me that’s

For plays you can also save money by going to the local theater or high school production.

Tell this to the many people who have been predicting, and quite frankly hoping, for an economic collapse since 2016.

Silk City used to be our spot for late night burgers after happy hour.

My issue so far has to do with syncing. I started watching an episode on my phone yesterday, but when I got home and pulled it up on my TV it didn’t pick up where I left off. Anyone else have this problem?

I would say the biggest difference in safety between the playgrounds of today and what I used as a child is the ground around the play area. Today everything is surrounded with rubber padding or wood chips. When I was growing up the ground was covered with broken bottles. It added a little extra thrill to squeeze the

Apples to oranges comparison. They are more monocultured (is that a word?) than the US is. It’s easier to teach a class when they all have a shared history, language, and culture.

You could also look at it the other way. Why is schooling encroaching on a kid’s time for anything else in life? They get 6 to 8 hours a day to teach, that leaves like 2 hours for anything else. I am grateful to have kids that seem book smart, but I also want them to be well rounded. Dedicating everything to schooling

Classrooms at their best are a 15 to 1 ratio. They are getting in plenty of alone time in class.

Our schools had voting in the gym. That just meant that we didn't have gym that day. We still everything else.

Our family just started having this problem. It used to be my wife worked weekend nights, and I worked Tuesday through Friday days. That meant that someone was always home and we didn’t have to worry about this. My wife and I just switched to M-F days. Our short term answer was being lucky to have a retired parent 10

You tell the potential employer that if they find you that vital to their future plans that they would have no problem signing a contract themselves. And not a one sided one. A contract that protects both sides with compensation should it not work out.
