Something tells me that there is always drama going on with this girl.

If you need to raise the price of the burger to factually show the actual cost to the customer then do it. I don’t care that you have added costs that the competition doesn’t. Note that but give me the honest cost. I don’t need to go into a restaurant with the same price skepticism I did when buying an airline ticket.

That says more (or less) about you then.

It sounds like Rie Rubin’s real issue is with her lawyer (and herself for not looking for her own lawyer). That’s the guy who dropped the ball and didn’t do his job. And if he had a conflict of interest it's his job to mention that to his potential new client.

His excuse is even more BS. Imagine his time if he didn’t have to stop to go to the bathroom.

In total, 48.4% of all new cars sold from January to June were electric”

If you live near a Micro Center you can pick one up. They had the 1 and 2 gb options in stock, but I'm waiting for the 4gb.

To those asking, getting an OS is pretty simple. Go to the Raspberry Pi website, download the latest version to your computer. Use software such as Etcher to write OS download to SD card. Insert SD card into Pi and power up. It will walk you through the rest such as setting up internet.

I use my Pi for the basics, so my question is how does the 4 improve on these over the 3b? Will it allow for newer system emulators to run better in Retropie? If I set up Plex will I be able to take advantage of hooking up a hard drive to the usb 3 port? Will the hard drive still need its own power source? Thanks.

These comments might not be positive or encouraging, but I don't see the punishment.

Deadspin’s stance on this guy and his sexual assault allegations would carry more weight if not for the crickets when the accused was Greg Howard.

You can’t underestimate the enjoyment in buying a fixer upper and upgrading to meet your own tastes. That doesn’t figure into the cost argument until you realize that even when people buy turn key homes they still end up spending money on personal touches.

Be careful with the jobs you apply for while on unemployment. Some states have the right to cut off your benefits if you decline offers.

How is someone who is just looking and not taking the job keeping someone else from getting hired? It might lengthen the process, but it won’t keep someone from getting hired.

As has been pointed out already, you need to know what your true value in the marketplace is if you want to be paid what you are worth. Most people take the job and don’t think about their fair market value again. Then they walk into their yearly review thinking a list of their accomplishments is going to get them

When I bought my house last year I went through my credit union and put down less than 20%. Competitive rate, no points, and no PMI. But I get your point because that's more of an exception than the rule.

Want to get your father a gift he’ll like, pay attention to his likes and don’t judge. Every holiday my wife asks me what I want and every time I say Lego. My hobby might be childish, but it’s what I like. I am not a fan of massages or new dish towels, but if that's what you are into and I asked them who am I to say

Elon Musk is nothing but a cheap imitation of Steve Jobs. He used to play the same numbers games. The only difference is Jobs was actually good at what he did and his company was successful. Musk comes off like an NYC street corner con man.

Same thing happened to me several years ago. Came out Jan 1 one morning to see my car smashed with debris and a hub cap scattered around it. Look down the street and see a van with passenger side damage and a missing front passenger hub cap. Called the police but I have no idea what happened after they took my
