I feel like switching your email address is one of the most annoying thing to deal with, close behind getting a new cell phone number and moving.

@drewthat: Totally agree. Some people were comparing this to the new WTC buildings, but obviously those are much different than a small hotel or apartment building.

This type of construction is fine for very simple, architecturally uninteresting buildings, with a uniform use like an office, in an area with ideal site conditions. Any thing out of the ordinary or atypical and you would need a uniquely engineered building.
