The outside world couldn’t give two shits about the endorsement until the Bernieverse threw a tantrum. And btw, if you don’t think Facebook and to a lesser extent Twitter aren’t a considerable part of the discussion I can only say you’re 20 years behind the times.

The reality is most voters are low information voters who at the very least don’t keep up with politics regularly. It is a valid thing to say it results in them making sub-optimal choices, even for their own interests. There are two ways to handle this among the folks who are in fact deeply engaged with the process.

Tone policing? That’s a new one. I’m impressed. Does this mean anyone can now say whatever they want, no matter how stupid or objectionable, and if people call out their bullshit it’s “tone policing?”

For the record, I am NOT a fan of SATC. However, my friend very much is. The one thing that unites us is that after the debacle that was SATC 2, we both agree the world does not need more SATC.

Either one of two things is true: Either you have no clue what you are talking about or you are currently earning so much fucking money you should pay your own damned debt.

rooted in the science of the crisis. They call for a Green New Deal

Without question Bernie is a strong candidate, I’ve never said otherwise. But I and many others don’t support him. The question isn’t whether you disagree with us, that is entirely understandable. The question is do you think that makes us idiots? Sell outs? Republicans? That Tomato Face fella?

Come on, the entire subtext of that article is that because the WFP didn’t endorse Bernie, now a once trusted ally are a bunch of corrupt sell outs. The outraged entitlement reminds me of something. Hmmm.

Agree, I don’t think that either. I think that even a majority of Bernie supporters debate the issues in good faith.

Again, the majority of Bernie supporters are just that, supporters. But you can’t deny there’s not a significant subset of his support that is simply toxic.

I find it curious how “I disagree” has automatically become “Tomato Face.” For the longest time I actually thought Tomato Face was an actual person using multiple accounts. Only recently did I come the understand it’s just a second rate bullying tactic used to silence ideas you disagree with.

The entire WFP thing was about the best example of the Striesand Effect you’ll ever find.

Why? Just look at the reaction after the WFP endorsed Warren. That toxic culture is alive and well.

Welcome to the movement Democratic centrists, we have been here all along and now we expect to be heard.

Next time just say, “I disagree, I don’t aee the irony at all.”

Not concerned with him, but I’ve noticed more and more the effort to equate Warren with Hillary. Most likely both from increasingly desperate Sanders supporters and from the GOP who somehow are trying to figure out a way to run against Hillary again in 2020.

I like Bernie, I really do. And yes he has plenty of supporters both men and women who are just great, most of them even. That’s the tragedy really of Bernie Bros. They’ve too often hijacked Bernie’s candidacy for their own toxuc ends. For them it’s not just about being right, but making sure everyone else knows how

Again, let’s compare their similarities in policy, background, even temperment and personality. I see it, they’re both women! Nailed it bro! Wish we could high five right now.

Nice! I appreciate the ability to make utter inanity seem profound.

Because they are both women?
