John Kerry wasn’t too old. He was too awful though.

I’m saying age in general isn’t a disqualifier. That said, my main hesitation with Warren is she’s 70.

He was able to get the emergency relief program audited after the fact, an empty gesture considering it was a one time deal. He’s never been able to muster any support for an actual full audit though. Invoking the War Powers act was empty political theater since everyone involved knew it had zero chance of being

I don’t like to victim blame, but putting two TV’s right there is just asking for it.

This will be the Dems Achilles Heel if they aren’t careful. Yes Trump’s policies are purposefully cruel and despicable, but they really don’t have a coherent alternative right now, and haven’t in a long while. Some are veering dangerously close to advocating open borders and that’d be political suicide.

Forget left vs. moderate, Biden simply seems like dementia is settling in. His nomination terrifies the hell out of me. I actually feel bad for the guy up there. Again, it’s not about his politics, but someone close to him needs to tell him to hang it up.

If a moderate gets the nomination, oh well, I’ll live with it. But Biden terrifies me. He almost seems addled. Awkwardly so. I actually feel bad watching him.

Biden’s support is a mile wide but an inch deep. Forget his politics, it’s that he just seems completely out of touch now. No way that support lasts until November 2020. Dems don’t need a Bob Dole* repeat on their watch.

it was a good glimpse into what Biden would look like in a general election against Trump: desperately trying to outflank him on the right on pretty much everything.

I read it wrong, thought “until January 2020" meant it ended then, not through then. Good news!

How many employees of Bernie donated to his pro-union except when it’s his own campaign?

Why are you asking this on a Bernie web site?

You summed up entirely why I am all for Warren. An actual ability to govern is just as important as ideas. Bernie’s never shown that aptitude as a Senator. He’s at his best keeping things fuzzy, that won’t work as POTUS.

Without question part of his price was marketing related. But thanks to the transfer ban Chelsea actually need him in an important role this year. It’s a HUGE opportunity for him in the next 5 months, otherwise in January they can open their wallets again. So yeah it’s an exibition, still it’s encouraging as fuck.

The Washington Post reports that all four cities suffered unusually warm Julys.

I mean he’s good and all, but have you seen this guy playing for Columbus? He’s just tearing it up and has earned the start over him.”

Dude, it would’ve been 5 paragraphs if it were.

The battle between Kane and Salah for 2nd place for EPL’s Golden Boot is gonna be intense this year.

He is desperate. As is Bullock and Delaney. There’s room for maybe one more top tier candidate to emerge for when the general public starts giving a shit. Beto had that spot but he bombed. So for all the one percenters, it truly is desperation time.

This won’t help Ryan at all, but it does call attention to Bernie’s weakness, his temperament. The difference between him and Warren side by side last night was pronounced. And it’s why I think Warren will end up getting the nom.
