Everyone likes "Let It Be" - it is their best album, followed by "Tim", followed by "Please to Meet Me". The only reason anyone sane would prefer the Replacement's earlier punk efforts is because a) they were teenagers when they heard that stuff so it has nostalgia value or b) they are utter posers.

What Murray-Present said.  At the time I recall people cutting Phantom Menace some slack because it was the first of three movies.  People were hopeful that the second movie might make PM seem better in context of the series.  Than the turd named Attack of the Clones landed and all hope was lost.
