My fiancee used to do that. Until we had a close call that was in fact due to another driver being a jackass. I saved us from an accident, and the car was unharmed. However she doesn't like it when I drive now.

She drives a civic exactly like this one. With a matching red steering wheel cover, fake chrome hubcaps, and flogs it pretty hard. She hates it. It's everything she didn't want in a car, but puts up with it while saving for the one she really wants. At which point it becomes my new daily driver. I'm driving it now…
