@nibby68: Considered. I am addicted to the passing power of the AMG, and don't wanna give that up. But I want the luxury that rest of the lineup can offer as well.

I do want a four door non AMG Benz for highway driving. My family lives 900 miles away, and I choose not to fly. The CLK just demolishes the highway miles, but is too harsh for the long haul so I've been looking for used E or S classes with either a V8 or V12. This looks like my kinda Bahnstormer.

The sweet F100 from Road Warrior with the boat windshield. I cannot hope to ever have weird football pad based apocalyptic body armor cool enough to warrant me driving that truck.

@jakebonz: It didn't play too big a role in Mad Max. The yellow MFP pursuit vehicles got a lot more screentime. In Road Warrior however is where the black interceptor stole the show.

Nifty little car. But like all 1 Series that slight dip in the lower door sill just makes it look like a pig to me.

Well I certainly give a hat tip to the highway patrolman who intervened. There is a thinner margin between apprehending a suspect safely, and brutality than most law enforcement these days seem to realize.

Awesome. I really very strongly dislike the notion nowadays that a person's ability to joke, or enjoy a little dark humor is to be 'corrected' when a few others complain.
