Excellent post. #'s 2,3,4,8, and 9 were all points my Dad hammered home with a vengeance.

For mother Russia it's the Volga GAZ 21

I think the one that had the most impact on me was my Dad's 98 Pontiac Grand Am. It was the first car he bought brand spanking new. Being an enlisted Navy man doesn't give you a lot of options. So it was a two door SE with the relatively unrefined 2.4L twin cam.

@IN THE FACE!: Both. With a chance of gold plated M3 encounters.

Appearing in youtube hoonage video ending in arrest in 3... 2..

So effing gorgeous. Even the Queen's English fails to conjure up proper verbage to articulate this car's epicness.

She had me at air cooled V-8, call me a masochist but I would love taking care of a car like that.

I'll be sticking with my CLK55. Though I will take the Red Pig for my inlaw hauling duties.

I'd hit it.

I'd be happy with Caddy producing nothing but CTS-V sedans, and coupes.

Mmmmm, flatheads..

I bought a very well cared for, repossessed 2001 Mercedes CLK55 AMG for 12 grand at auction. It has been a joy to drive ever since.
