Not likely that they would put 35% larger turbochargers on it then are required for the HP output they designed for. Doing so would add lag, hurt the car in reviews and just cost more. While it's always possible to run the existing turbochargers harder then the factory was comfortable with, the gains are always

There are ~14 seats at the front which are usually ok. ;)

They called us for help. Now they owe us one- what they owe us is to be determined later....

No, that's what center differentials are for. It's not made out of glass.

Golf R... Nuff said.

The city should be careful. They could potentially be liable.

They don't want the WASTE in wastegate ;)

Bar is common in the automotive world for some reason. Factory VW/Audi ecu's for example are mapped in millibar absolute.

I just HATE those pesky 20mph zones!

From an engineering perspective, they probably had little choice in the matter. 560 horse, with overhead for 650+ with a chip, is going to need a massive radiator. Then you consider that you have to feed some air to the intercoolers, those massive brakes, and so forth. Look at other similar horsepower output vehicles

Did this Eckert fellow happen to look like Trevor from GTA5 by any chance? haha

Full service gas is by far one of the worst ideas ever. It's always slower then pumping your own. The attendants routinely damage your property and spill gas all over everything, because they don't care. They LOVE to steal your credit card numbers...

All for what? "Safety"? Thanks for insulting my intelligence,

I have had similar experiences in spec miata, without the tire wall. My solution was to turn into him and put him around.

Still- at what point does it stop being racing, and start being a criminal assault with a car?

1) Chernobyl.

As mentioned: B1-A launched a capsule with all crew members up. B1-B has conventional ejection seats- out the top.

Soooooo.... Stupid people are stupid.

Well, if he had to resort to a regular "ABC" dry chemical extinguisher it would have done far more damage to the car and the engine then that fire. The chemical in the cheap extinguishers is extreeeeeemely caustic. In fact, you guys saying you have one in your pride and joy car- should go online and order a Halatron

Making sure it doesn't burst into flames in the desert sun.

Well, that was clearly intentional... So, I hope that dumb ass officer has fun defending himself from the manslaughter charge he deserves.

996 TT - ~500 bhp / 600 ft-lb with a chip and bolt ons, huge performance, tons of traction in all weather conditions... The bastard child of the last 10 years because Porsche guys don't like the headlight shape. Starting around 30k now- originally 115-140k.
