Some lore had vampires repelled by silver. Or, to quote From Dusk til Dawn again- "I know silver BULLETS are werewolves, but I'm pretty sure silver has something to do with vampires"

"Has anyone here read a real book about vampires or are we just remembering what some movie said?"
Or maybe they don't want their weaknesses and habits broadcast for all the world to know. Maybe vampire writers are flooding us with bogus details to keep us off the scent. False fang operation!
I actually think it's a very interesting idea that sunlight reveals them *somehow*- Like maybe they look waxy something when you can get a good look. But sparkling?
I mean Bill Compton can't even command a rat swarm? *scoff*
they've amped their remaining powers though. Vamps can't shape shift anymore, but they tend to toss cars around and superspeed around like the Flash. I prefer it the old way too
Remember when Riddler was briefly a private investigator, and he and Oswald shared a laugh over mow much more lucrative going "legit" was?
I love villains that realize directly interacting with heroes is a sucker's game and use their ability laterally. Like how Taskmaster usually just trains other super-villains or that Mysterio arc where he was just helping mobsters fake their own deaths for cash.
If you could handle Logan this should be a piece of cake
Just read it. I liked the shout out to Dragon's conversation with God :)
Batman RETIRES?!?!?!?
Was there more inappropriate sex and nudity? Cause that's been odd
The Nick show is doing a multi-part Usagi story currently as well. 1rst part aired last week. This has been a public service anouncment
Man Without Fear FTW
Invader Zim's been pretty great. Of course Jhonen Vasquez is involved, so..
I suppose it could be a commentary on the "realistic" toll super-heroing would take on an ordinary guy- but then he get a robot leg brace and comes back from paralysis, so… idk
I didn't think of it till now, but that's another thing Craige's Bond has in common with Nolan's Batman. He's Batman for like 2 years and then retires?
Wish I could upvote this twice
Plus, his is the one where they maim Felix Leiter. BOO that movie!!
