I work at a bmw dealership, here's how it breaks down, I take in a lease return, it needs service, it needs tires, it needs a windshield, detail and I top it off with gas, the dealership paid for that, reconditioning costs are not absorbed by bmw, I now own the car for "x", market on the car is only "y" so I can only
