I don’t know when it happened, but Life in Aggro has become my favorite comic featured each week. Even the back pages during off breaks are something I look forward to.

Ryuji sucks because his “perks” eventually make the game nearly impossible to grind money in.

Cave Story has received a patch for its original graphics, so that pretty much eliminates the only con you have listed.

How’s the emulation on Mega Man 8? I remember that on the PS2 collection MM8 had some weird sped up voice clips for the 2nd half of the Robot Masters. Also I’m going to guess the version we get is the inferior PSX version?

I am still super excited for Sonic Mania. I have the Collector’s edition for PS4 preordered but I think I might double dip and get the standard Switch version as well.

Definitely going to pick up Splatoon 2 this week! The early Splatfest was super fun and I actually learned how to use something that wasn’t a roller!

Tomorrow night will be devoted to the Splatoon 2 demo, and then Sunday I’m thinking either Final Fantasy XII or Final Fantasy XIV. There are things I could be doing in either one, although it does pain me to admit that FFXII has not aged well for me.

This is pretty much my internal thought process whenever I see a cool looking game here.

I work at a bar that’s on mall property. We’re a very popular spot to drop off the spouse while the husband or wife is out shopping.

I’d say that it’s actually far less automated than XIII’s “Press X to Autobattle” system.

SGDQ is also this week, so there will be a lot of cringing this week.

I’d be all for it happening so people stop asking for it.

I don’t have any familiarity with the franchise at all, but I saw the trailer for the movie before Lego Batman and it does look like another stupid good time like the last two Lego films.

As much as I would like that, I feel that Level 5's track record lately has been less than adequate. At least as far as console games go. Or rather I’m still upset that White Knight Chronicles was so bad.

With it being revealed that online PvE will be limited to certain events, I’m hoping the single player campaign is at least a little longer than the first game. PvP really doesn’t appeal to me, but I also really want to play Splatoon.

I’ve always been a sucker for songs with vocals in lyrics, I think the PS1 version of Lunar being the start to that. To have a song like this in a Mario game is wonderful and totally unexpected. The lyrics ar cheesy as hell, but it only makes me love the song more.

I wonder if he can’t stick around and has to keep moving on. Will he guess what lies ahead? Only one way to find out.

I really feel like that Final Fantasy XIV really deserves to return to the list. Not sure what I’d remove though.

I really need to get back to this game. Stopped playing when BotW came out. Guess I’ll do it right now!
