SCOTUS is absolutely going to reverse the appellate court decisions finding that discriminating against somebody who is gay or trans falls within illegal sex discrimination. 100% they are going to do this.

I honestly believe the only thing that saved Trump from being found definitively to have committed crimes is because he doesn’t use email, take notes or leave a paper trail. What caused the downfall of past presidents was their paper trail.
