When Gawker closed, the sister sites tried copying some of it to bring back viewers. That’s why Gizmodo sometimes tries to cover politics with snark, and does badly at it. This kind of article doesn’t belong here, and more like on a site like Wonkette.

This is hardly Netflix’s fault. The studios are jacking up their prices and Netflix can’t keep them without raising rates.

Care to cite this vague claim?

Go on and tell us where they copied someone else and sued them later for it. I’ll wait for your examples.

Sure Apple can get sued, because they didnt file. You’re describing using prior art to get the suit tossed out, but this drags on in court.

People don’t seem to realize that Apple needs defensive patents, because they are frequently sued by patent trolls. I doubt this is any different.

You seem so confident that you know who did it, why haven’t you contacted the FBI?

Why is this on Gizmodo?

Actually the unlocked iPhones are coming out at the same time this year, especially now that Apple has the iPhone upgrade program.

That’s like saying McDonalds’ popularity means gourmet food is irrelevant.

To be fair, users demanded stuff like this. Stickers and other crap are one of the reasons why people use facebook messeneger or snapchat, so Apple is trying to keep up. I’m over the age of 20 so these new features are useless to me. But I’m not the target audience.

It’s not “healthy,” it just has positive effects on one disease and negative on others; like a glass of wine a day may reduce cholesterol or overall risk of heart attacks but will damage your liver at the same time.

I’m a doctor and I promise, if you tell me you aren’t taking your meds I wont get mad at you. I’m not like those dental hygenists who give you a dirty look and guilt you because you don’t floss every single day. I do need to know if you’re not taking them so I can adjust the doses when you’re in the hospital though.

This reads more like a description of Cthulu than anything else.

And yet, on the other side it’s FUN to have crossovers where you see Darkwing Duck visit Cape Suzette for vacation or Shere Khan meet Scrooge McDuck etc.

That’s horrifying.

After the Kasich story about VP, it appears Trump just wants the title (and the salutes) and will let everyone else do the work, until he hands down some order overriding the experts.

What, no mention of A Fistful of Datas, where Worf battles Data clones in the Wild West? So much better than the boring Fair Haven episode.
