Even from the perspective of a horror screenplay, wouldnt it be scarier if the monster was the grown child, and not a dumb ghost? Cause then you can fool the audience into thinking it a ghost movie and then, surprise, its more like low-budget "Rats in the walls"

I was donating platelets yesterday, didn't realize it took three hours. Anyway, after watching some renovation show on HGTV they switched it to the latter half of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The action/fight scenes seem really…weightless. Like nobody ever seems affected by the punches or gunshots, and they can't actually

Huh, speaking of dystopian literature you read in high school, does it seem weird that there hasn't been a Brave New World movie yet?

What didnt you like about the VVitch? I watched that with my mom and siblings as a thanksgiving movie. Becauae pilgrims.

I had blocked my memory of seeing that movie, which i saw in theaters as well. Why would i go see that? It must have been with someone, its not a movie i would have willingly gone to alone.

News article I read made that comparison as well.

His book about how the Japanese were going to take over America in the 80's was hilarious to read in 2005.

Cracked.com's Gladstone once did a really good piece where he argued for Shatner's cover of "Common people" and convinced me.

My thoughts as well, it would be bad if we accidentally killed a Spetsnaz colonel who wasn't supposed to be there.

Whenever I drink Scotch, at least once while I watch the condensation drip down to the coaster, I remember the moment in Snow Dogs when Cuba Gooding Jr. first meets the pack leader Huskie who doesn't respect him. I remember sitting in that theater in 2002, ten years old, waiting for that dog to start talking.

"Dope" also has a pretty long pedigree, not quite as solid as "cool" but i remember catching the term in a book about Leopold and Loeb and it meant basically the same thing in the jazz age as it does now.

I just discovered MST3K this weekend from netflix, gila monster was also great for the most half-assed minature effects I've seen.

Really? That could be cool. I always loved his short stories more, He has a tendency to get lost in the weeds in some of his novels, especially his later ones.

What, winston rowtrees's videos? Yeah, the guy is clearly not good with animation. Whats weird is that his comics are amazing and cracked been hosting some of his comics for years now.

Mine too, he got kicked out of school for starting a fight that actually ended in arrests. A few years later he's at a friends house playing with guns and just puts a loaded 9mm to the guys chest and pulls the trigger. He wasnt drunk, didnt hate the guy, just shot him.

One of the funniest things he learned about his file was how completely innacurate it was. Sometimes they would get the dates he was in the country off so much theyd report he arrived in august when he actually arrived in september.

I think for Bachleor/bachleorette contestants they're usually waitresses/hostesses or some kind of independent contractor.

I think I heard the same story on NPR, never got around to Googling it to see if he'd written a book or something. I think he called it Utopia.

In my city the billboard just has the title and the tag line "Believe and you will soar" which made me assume it was an evangelical film.

Would a vegetarian version just omit the pork fat or would you try and add an oil to substitute it?
