Every single msucle car made today gets better fuel economy than older versions of it for the most part. Compare any mustang or camaro of today to an old model. Same goes for many other cars.

I said for the V6 or the V8 version. Also if that’s really the weight of the 4 cylinder that’s pretty cool

3300 is not for the v8 or the v6 version. I don’t even know if that’s true for any version of it

It is the golden age in terms of absolute/outright performance however in other areas like you said, we’ve lost other things along the way.

Same thing happened to me. My speedo said 55 and cop hit me for 61 in a 45. He knew a 10mph ticket would be retarded especially when everybody else around me was going same speed and they passed him first. I drive a mustang so that’s why I got picked out.

Ran out of gas in a city but in between 2 major intersections with stations. Put it into neutral at 45 mph and was able to coast a minute or so right into the next gas station and fill up.

Got pulled over for 10 over in florida by a cop with nothing better to do. Picked me out of several people all going the same speed because I drive a Mustang. He wrote 16 over on the ticket to make it seem less BS.
