So I really enjoyed the film, but you are not wrong with your points at all. To be honest, if they had made it a stand alone Pixar SciFi film, not connected to Buzz in any way, it might have done better at the box office.

See, this is the immediate place my mind went when I heard about this case. The sheer idiocy of thinking that somehow this case would make tech companies allow for MORE unmoderated speech is unreal. Of course they would knuckle down on moderation so they wouldn’t get the shit sued out of them!

K9 units did just fine in Crown Vics.  

“Traditional” cop cars, like the old Crown Vic, just aren’t big enough to carry cops’ massive egos these days.

It’s truly been blowing my mind watching people work so hard to go to bat for a game they’d unflinchingly give a 5/10 to if it were published by Ubisoft or EA without the franchis tie-in. This whole thing is being held up by nostalgia, bigotry, and childish contrarianism-for-the-sake-of-it. 

I mean, IDEALLY, communism doesn’t lead to inhumane situations. Semi-same with capitalism as long as it’s properly regulated. The problem is that it’s not regulated nearly enough. The government has the power to limit the power of corporations, they just choose not to because the corporations are the ones that line…

It did make it a bit more believable that if a DeLorean could get up to 88 the rules of space and time would crumble.

DeLorean went bankrupt after only producing about 9000 vehicles. That really shouldn’t be too difficult to repeat now, but it wouldn’t be ideal either.
