It is very intense when i lived in America and spoke about all the awful things the US Military did to innocent people in Pakistan (i used to live there) i received so much racial abuse, and nearly everyone i spoke to defended the Military or did not care that innocent children have been killed ect.

I say this as a Canadian, so I'm sorry if this is offensive, but does anyone else find the general attitude of America towards its military kind of uncomfortably intense? Like, I guess what this woman did was a bit disrespectful and silly, but was it really THE MOST HORRIBLE THING EVER?

Did she really think she could goof around like her white, male coworkers in uniform and be subjected to the same lack of scrutiny? How dare she.

This is so much worse than all that raping that goes on in the military, amirite? She should be court-martialed immediately!

I don't understand why the first three items are a thing. Really, brand whoring is incredible? I thought she started a kitten rescue shelter that allows kids with cancer to pet baby kitties, demanded an equal marriage, and gave her excess income to her smaller-earning husband.

As a woman who's almost 30, I can vouch for the fact that guys grow up (and actually get hotter as well) eventually. Dating has been a lot more fun now than it used to.

The ONLY thing I will say in defense of any of these is that I would say a majority of things that are sort of sensual and romantic lose all sense of meaning and become ridiculous if you go at them from that sort of angle.
