If police can destroy private property because it could be used as a weapon, then they can destroy pretty much anything they want. Th argument is absurd on its face. Hopefully Minneapolis will be paying to have these tires replaced and identifying and firing these officers.

The best.

Okay yeah, but how else is Karen supposed to get her hair done for her big night out of yelling at the Olive Garden waitress???

Had me at the initial analysis, became best friends at “hard to find the same people at the local WRX STi fuckboi meet.”

Your head is in the right place, but your playing the wrong sport.

Honestly I can see the single-din version being pretty popular for people with non-Porsche cars for that reason, it looks like it was designed by adults, for adults.

“...(L)ike with almost everything in economics, things are not as clear as you’d think and there’s complexity and nuance ...”

no one’s gonna comment on the fact that “The Serif” is written in a sans serif typeface? where have all the nerds gone?

The Land Cruiser 70 series is still the only new car I really WANT in all caps.

I thought all of us dont want to pay taxes in the fist place yet we resent those who are successful at it

I’m betting on some sort of insurance fraud. Car rentals have tanked with the virus and these companies aren’t getting any kind of bailout. I know some car companies are self-insured, so I’m curious if the ones lost in the blaze fall under that umbrella or not.

All companies are struggling.   The same question is out there.  “when is this going to end?”   If a company knew it would be another month, they could take a loan or sell assets or whatever.   If they knew it would be two, they could do the same.   But with the answer being “IDK, sometime?” there is no way to really

Redbull gives you wings coughs.

Italy. More specifically, the worst I’ve seen is Naples (the more south you go, the worse it gets, sadly). Bruised bumpers, headlights, blinkers missing, paint faded from the sun, clear coats peeling. I guess it’s a combination of the economic troubles down there, which in turn makes people buy cheap and poorly

I came here to post this and am pleasantly surprised to see others agree. The S2000 is and was everything that the NSX wasn’t. When I saw that Honda/Acura was bringing back the NSX instead of introducing a new generation of S2000, I almost threw something at the computer.  There is almost no need for a car like that

So you’re saying a company that hasn’t designed an engine in 60 years is starting out with a 3L hot V6, dry sump, hybrid, 1000hp package?

Here is the one that shall forever be grayed.....

They didn’t have to donate a dime. Yet, they donated 10M Euros. You found a way to bitch about it. STFU, you worthless twat waffle.

Came to Jalopnik today to read about car stuff. Left dissapointed that Jalopnik finds a way to bitch about someone donating money/resources, when the donating entity doesn’t have to do it at all.

Still missing the most important aspect of the old rotary phones: Young people will never know the cathartic release of hanging up on an asshole by smashing unto the phone a receiver heavy enough to bash someone’s brains.
