The picture & video clearly shows a RWD dyno pull, so wtf?

Part of what makes Pikes so ridiculous/great is the thin air. Engines go way down on power from what they’d do at normal elevations. Secondly, aero is very different. Pikes cars have huge aero to work with the slower speeds in tight corners, as well as the thin air. Modern F1 cars’ aero probably wouldn’t work at…
I’d really like to see what this does to the current used market, if anything. In Canada, we realistically can’t have had all that many GT cars sold; maybe 10% of whatever the US got. Meanwhile there’s ~30 2016 GT3RS up on Autotrader for 50% over MSRP.
Only if the driver knows what they’re doing. And lets face it, what are the odds of that?
The effing Prius that barely avoided it just carries on too. What a twat.
plus it’s not the typical German choice in this class, and therefore you won’t see 15 just like it at every street light.
I can’t stand the black & basic interior personally.
You’re both forgetting about the “options” you’re going to want to make it decent inside.
Yeah, and that whole trunk is the size of the del sol too
Because of course they’re both named ‘Ricky’
There’s a straight six in that supra in the background too
As an X-runner driver I’m excited that one is actually on Jalopnik, but sad that it was due to being such a derp. The thing’s got a 127" wheelbase, the only way to lose a drift like that is to mash the brakes.
Is....is he wearing flip flops?
twenty-god-damned-seventeen and the sensor in the camera still isn’t + shaped to film horizontal no matter the orientation of the camera.
Worth noting that, at least in the cover picture above, Americans aren’t being killed by other people in all of these cases. The one near Calgary, AB, Canada, for example, was two Americans killed in an avalanche recently while they were snowshoeing.
The fence has Boso pipes
lol, I just learned that from a Bostonian as well, so assumed
somebody’s from Boston
there it is
