We tried the divide and conquer thing, but the little one NEVER wants to be separated from his brother, although the older would be totally fine with it.

Thanks. Yeah, the two boys are competitive in ways—the little one wants to be better than the older one at stuff, the older one gets frustrated with the little one and starts being mean, and then it spirals. That’s kind of what happened today.
Kid Vent:
Oh Ladyheatherlee! I’m so, so sorry. That’s incredibly said. Sending you lots of hugs.
That’s AWESOME! I wish you all the best and the coolest of lawyer heads for the rest of the trial!
I’m seriously considering making an apron for my best friend’s husband, but with tons of tiny pockets for when he goes and collects the chicken eggs in their coop.
I don’t even like gravy.
$500 a person?! Wow. That’s a ton of money to spend on a gift for someone. Where was this wedding?
Oh jeeze. That’s a little harsh. The gravy boat is outside our budget, though.
I know. It’s weird to me.
Well, so that makes more sense. I wasn’t sure if she was expecting someone to buy all the sets she wanted or just a few... honestly, that’s still expensive to me, but I’d also rather buy flatware for $30 for enough spoons, forks, etc. , for 12 people.
That’s even more expensive
For two forks, a knife, and a spoon? Times 12? That seems expensive to me.
Yeah, they both make good money, too. In the low six figures. I mean, they literally have everything to the point that they have to get rid of stuff to make room for more stuff. It’s...surprising. I didn’t expect my friend to register for the things she did. And none of it’s cheap. One is a gravy bowl for $120. My…
It’s pretty surprising, honestly.
I don’t think they’re the type to hold it against us if we don’t bring a gift.
My friend is getting married in three weeks. She’s in her late 30s, he’s in his 40s. They’re combining two households and, on facebook, she’s giving away a lot of the duplicate stuff. They’re also registered for a ton of stuff! Like, they’re registered for some of the duplicate stuff they’re trying to give away! I…
Yeah, i gotta agree. I felt like she sometimes made crappy designs just to be “outside the box” and “quirky” and it just actually looked horrible.
Was that called moving up or something? I remember that show too. There was one episode where the new buyer spray-painted the refrigerator blue and the old owners were like what?
I don’t remember the sand part. I either blocked it out. Or turn the episode off before that happened. But you’re right, wet sand! What the hell
