My cat winks at me when she really really wants me to feed her. Other than that, no, no purpose at all.
My female chiropractor does that all the time and it weird me out.
now maybe roman polanski will chime in...
Would be great hear Marc Jacobs’ oppinion about the Weinstein’s behaviour. Jacobs is notorius with young girls in the fashion industry. He’s been harassing a young designer for many years. He copied her work. She exposed the truth on her blogspot.
1. Can you name a case of a guy winking at a woman at work and then having to call a lawyer?
2. But also don’t wink at women you work with. What are you even thinking with that?
Dear Men,
Oh, thank God: I was afraid that Woody Allen wasn’t going to put his five-cents in on this. It’s okay, everyone! Woody Allen has spoken!
Visiting someone in prison is not easy. It took me 3 times before I could visit my son’s dad in jail. You have to wear the right outfit, remove any jewelry and be okay with being searched. I was treated like a criminal that was smuggling drugs in with a baby. They did some weird scent test near the diaper area - I…
I agree with most of the comments here about parenting, will add though not a gangsta, I ran pretty hard before I had kids, I knew I wasn’t ready for parenthood and waited til I was over 30. When I had kids I stopped doing things that could get me in trouble and put the kids first.
Yes, that jumped out at me, too. The second story mentioned the father went to jail (but what about his family?). From what I remember of the other stories, it was like these immaculate conceptions. Fathers just didn’t exist to even be explained away. Oh wait! There was the first one where the father was abusive.
I’m not too fond of hearing these slanted sob stories from parents who beat, negelcted, abused their children and the big ole mean CPS ruining families. CPS does everything in it’s power to keep the kids in the home, and aren’t just taking kids away for shits and giggles. Sorry, but if you refuse to get help for your…
It’s not only that, but there is no one on either side who is willing and able to care for the kids. It’s heartbreaking.
Probably, and I get that. But it sounded so much like my relative, that perhaps I honed in on the selfish tone.
I just don’t understand this stuff.
I meant it as in some parents do that to punish the child.
I think the interview setting might encourage the “my suffering” line of discussion somewhat.
Many people do this. A good child services agency will have the resources to help frustrated parents. It’s ok to admit you need help.
I used to go to a therapy group, some of the women there called child services because they did not want to deal with their own kids.
