The response to the hung jury by Cosby and his people has been comically tone deaf. That look of persecuted righteousness on Cosby’s face, the whole “his power is back” or whatever, and that hilarious interview. Its nuts.

Ribs can become chronically loose, though, from constant subluxation, or from the tearing of their ligaments, or from being broken and not setting properly. I don’t know if it’s the same as “dislocated” but I’ve split my ribs apart more than once. You get this awful “POP” and blinding pain... then breathing hurts. It’s pretty awful.

As much as I dislike Ivanka Trump, the blame is probably more Marc Fisher’s. Apparently he designs for her brand - he was sued by Gucci in like 2011 when he was designing for Guess for pretty much the same thing.

Is that what we are calling racism now, pet issues? I guess it’s also a pet issue when the Dutch dress up as Zwarte Piet, or when some Aussies go on TV in full blackface singing songs.

Even when there is a “smoking gun,” which I take to mean video, eyewitnesses, DNA evidence, etc., they still make excuses and play devil’s advocate and blame the woman.

I do not have a firm opinion on the following issue, but a lot of people in the Legal Academic field in Brazil agree that trial by jury should be abolished. Because, despite the logic of “judged by peers”, the current average juror is to ignorant on Law to properly decide on these matters... I don’t know.
