I don’t think that’s true. Women are overrepresented as home health care aides, nannies, and cleaners. Many of those jobs involve visiting the homes of people you haven’t had the chance to get to know in any meaningful way.

Any job where a woman has to work alone unsupervised and her employer has no legal obligation to support her/do anything if she gets sexually assaulted because she is an “independent contractor” instead of an “employee” seems like a shit idea. #FTFY
