As obnoxious as it is that our justice system is this terrible. I hope she is successful. I’m in favor of people using their fame to help others.

I was going to say the same thing. Daughter should be asking these questions, not mom. She’s a grown up adult person now. Let her figure it out.

How is law enforcement going to establish the date of a person’s last period? That in itself gives me the heebie jeebies. Define “period” Spotting? Full flow for a day? a week? 15 weeks from the beginning of it? How do you know?

Gun control laws work very well in other countries. We are not so fucking different. We just have too many guns and they’re too easy to get.

I follow the marching band on Facebook (I’m an alum of the school and band-geek. So geeky, I follow said band without ever being a member) They posted about their rehearsal/recording session with JT’s band.

The marching band did play, but they played it and recorded it earlier.

University of Minnesota marching band. I was just thinking that the half-time show should just be a good old fashioned marching band, and there they were! They did do the actual playing, but it was recorded ahead of time.

I have NO IDEA how this all works, but I can see you. I’m definitely in the grays, but your comments are right out there where I can see them.

I never have more attentive service than when it’s time to clear the plates from the table (and get me out of there). I stack the plates so that the clearing happens as quickly as possible and I can continue my conversation with my dinner-mates. I wish they would just wait until I leave, but clearing the plates before…

Minnesota has great faith-based action groups. Interfaith Action of Greater St. Paul, Metro Interfaith Council on Affordable Housing, MN Council of Churches, to name just a few. It’s why I don’t see religion as evil, because so many churches get together here and work for the homeless, refugees, racial justice, etc.

Don’t you know that becoming thin makes you a better person? Fat people are evil and good people are thin. /s
