Katie Joel was incredibly stiff. And yeah, there was a lot of ADR with her. Padma gets a lot of ADR as well, but not nearly as much as Katie Joel did.

the one time I met him he was very personable and very patient with my wife and I asking nerdy questions about food and getting pictures with him. I like him, I just don't think he's a great judge.
