But he might blow it up on a whim, if he hates it so much.

I guess you can say there were LGBT students at Hogwarts, but there weren't any in the books.
And some stoners have theorised that we're all just dreams dreamt by the living planet...
It doesn't really matter - people and other forces are always going to interfere in your life in some way, in many ways, all the time. Free will isn't the ability to control the universe, it's the ability to control your response to the universe. That's all that really matters.
Doesn't work. Once again, Amazon screws me.

ROTK sounds interesting. I used to have a lot of trouble finding turn-based strategy games, but it's probably a lot easier now with online services. Of course, now I have no time because kids...but oh well.
Yeah, I feel your pain. I'll have to try the liberation tactic, but I'm with you on war - I almost never declare it until the end game, where I can blow through them.
That game was fantastic. Moo.
On the other hand, it does make sense. They're "friendly" towards leaders that could crush them like a bug. But yeah, I don't like the fact that towards the end of the game I always get negative ratings from "they think you are a war-mongering menace to the world!" even when I haven't declared war on anyone for the…
I can't say I ever noticed this - then again, for most of the time nukes just never got dropped. In Civ I I only had nukes dropped on me a couple of times, and maybe I dropped them a couple more times. Only once was there all out nuclear war, which didn't end well even though I was declared the winner.
This was fantastic. I don't play GTA so I don't know why he could kill people and they couldn't kill him, but a nice freak out.
Right, instead they're only week to week occurrences...
Button mashing especially works when you take a character that your opponents never play. I was at an acquaintances house once, and they were playing a Tekken style game I'd never seen before on a console with unfamiliar controllers, and I picked one of the female characters and button mashed my way to annoying the…
Is this what it's like for the people of my Civ when, wracked by economic hardship and threatened by more powerful neighbours, I sink my remaining energy into a desperate bid for a space victory?
Yes, good article, I hope everyone reads it.
The big problem with unassigned seats is people traveling together. Specifically, families. Do you really want to sit next to a 5 year old for the entire flight because the family couldn't find seats together?
I'm going to stick with them being the result of sexual selection.
Jenny Flint is back? Then the series is a success!
I agree. Once a commenter has been around for a while they're no longer truly anonymous - it's more like they have a pseudonym. There should be a system for the admins to allow commenters to be trusted to post immediately, because if they did anything dodgy (such as post a gif like the ones that have caused the…
I'm not colour-blind, but I've had something similar in a game I played ages ago. It was an old, pixelated game where you had to jump over fences and choose different paths and all the rest of it. I spent several hours exploring for a particular path before reading deep into the documentation and finding out I was…
