From what I read it sounds like it's not really a strategy game. It's more of a rpg with territorial control/conquest elements where instead of the architect you're the peon doing the grunt work. Correct me if I'm wrong? That's not what I want out of my civ games...

Do you support the murder of countless sentient beings in video games? Of not often being given the alternatives of finding a peaceful solution that would spare their lives? It's peculiar how many people seem to hold killing as a cleaner ideal than sexual objectification. Personally, I'd hold violence and killing

hahahahahahaha.. Oh wait, you were serious, this is actually in the game. Oh well. At least I enjoyed AC1 for a bit. You know what, screw it, let's put flipper down there and we'll say he's a reincarnated assassin.

We are the borg, you will be assimirated!

I feel bad for Blizzard. I used to have nothing but respect but the last few years they really crumbled. Crap expansions and then diablo 3, and now they scrapped titan 1.0 and what do they do? Here, give us some more money for microtransactions. Right, I'll get right on that one too.

All of those things can be a reality if they're included in the original game too. But here, I have a smiley face you can put on your toon's t-shirt for a paltry $4.99, which is the other end of the extreme for bad DLC. Some DLC is better than others, but at the end of the day it's all still a marketting gimmick.

Shame on both the person who reported this and the judge. If you don't know what you're doing on the internet then just keep your mouth shut, ignorance is no excuse.

It's all a moneygrab. There's no way of telling just how much of the money is put toward the game and how much is pocketed, there's no regulation. At least the old fashion way they are forced to raise the money on their own and then they're on the hook to make a decent game or nobody buys it. As shown here, and on

Kickstarter needs to go. It's being abused more and more and is quickly becoming a joke.

Boohoo, the megacorporations won't get to milk us for quite as much as they were hoping to. Yes, it's all the consumer's fault. We're stifling innovation, sound the alarm.

"I once vomited on a girl once in the middle of the act. Wasn't proud of it." — Quote from the AI as it relays bits of it's past history during one dramatic scene.

What the... I don't even....

You guys see the other article about the NSA where microsoft is giving up all your data to the government without telling anyone, and you believe this load of crap? Do yourselves a favor and avoid microsoft/xboxone like the plague. They are not concerned about anyone but themselves and will screw you over if you

I'm not sitting through a 30 second commercial to watch that, sorry.

Seriously? How about square puts out the first quality game in 15 years instead of rehashing the same stories over and over. This game was groundbreaking back then, now? It's just milking a dead cow.

He makes a good point. When our culture is flooded with horrible violence and evil being portrayed in various media, it's easy to disconnect with the basic level of just how horrendous some of these acts can be, how easy it is to become desensitized. Of course as always, it's up to the parents to be vigilant and

I suddenly want to watch Wilfred.

The industry is booming, what do you mean? It's been this way for 20 years. Microsoft is just becoming more and more greedy the richer they get.

DLC is a marketing gimmick, nothing more. Developers can lay out these 'pros' for having them, but ultimately at the end of the day, if the dlc content is worth anything, out of respect to the consumers it should have been in the original product.

I wonder how long it will take for China to release their own version called Irondude and claim that it's all completely original?
