Surely he’ll be fired by week’s end.

I get it that RG III will never be healthy, but Kapernick just reeks of mis-management. I imagine he has some good years ahead, (depending on whether he goes to Cleveland or not).
Not true. The consciousness of primates and other intelligent animals has been proven
That’s a lie
Do you really think that if a football player had been decapitated (internally or otherwise) that we wouldn’t have heard about it? It would’ve been front page news everywhere. I think it’s more than likely Lockette is talking out his ass.
Ok, but I doubt it will be satisfying for you. I don’t presume to know what actually happened, but you clearly have more confidence in your understanding of what happened in private between 2 people that you don’t even know. Should there be an investigation and punishment, probably so. I just think the charge of…
Whoosh! Right over your head... I’d try to explain, but I don’t care
Agreed, more like rampant stupidity.
Begone with your high fallutin “facts”! Only torches and pitchforks allowed!
Well you should be happy then. He has felony conviction for luring a child with a computer. What a fucking joke!
Lol, your comment and all the likes show that people will see what they want to see whether it’s there or not.
Holy shit, I didn’t accuse her of anything, but hopefully you feel better for channeling your heartfelt indignation!
Have you been paying any attention at all over the past 20 years in this country? How many “stolen” sex tapes got released and ended up boosting the career of someone on the “d” list? There are plenty of people out there that think all publicity is good publicity.
A tv personality has to be credible. Through no fault of her own, her credibility was questioned. ESPN and EA had to face this reality and the best way to deal with it was through the interview, (GMA or Oprah doesn’t matter). I don’t think ESPN’s sensitivity, or lack thereof, is an issue. EA could’ve chosen not to do…
It’s not about the people that know her, it was for all of the millions of people that don’t.
I think, no matter your situation, there is no better PR move than going on Oprah. While I’m sure there are still Andrews haters out there, I think it would be far worse if she didn’t do that interview. As much as she hated doing it, I’m sure she has experienced more support and less of the haters because of it.
Not buying it. An Oprah interview is usually the type of thing that sways public opinion your way. Certainly it put to rest any sane person’s thought about whether the video was leaked as some sort of publicity stunt.
Damn, did I take a wrong turn at Jezebel? For the record, I fully support her. She is stunning and brave!
No one knew what to think when the story first broke, I sure don’t claim to. I mean the reality is so jacked up, who wouldn’t be suspicious about what really happened? It’s easy to bash ESPN here, but getting the upper hand on her image by going on Oprah, or GMA, or whereever, was a necessary step.
Looked to me like the kid took a dive
