I assume that the gangsters, Boyd, and Duffy were meeting in a coffee shop in Detroit. The fact that they said "we should have met in a Timmies" made me think that they were referring to some of the Tim Hortons restaurants in the Detroit area.
Canadian gangster: "I told you that we should have gone to a Timmies."
I think this was the most realistic depiction of a "Canadian accent" that I've seen on a fictional American TV show. Having the Canadian characters portrayed by actual Canadians helped with that, I'm sure.
Twist - Celebith and the other patrons all died from smoke inhalation, and all his reported events after that are actually Purgatory.
