Even if you were able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were exactly obeying traffic laws and the driver was disobeying them, it's still road rage and it's not an excuse to commit a crime by purposefully damaging personal property.

I think the issue with the syncing (that some people seem oh-so-up-in-arms about) is that there's no real interface or protocol provided to support this. If Google were to make some GoogleSync thingy ON THE PHONE (though they may have a simple desktop app to provide initial support for it), then application developers

@ShrutiBorus: No. You received that email if the email address associated with a Gawker network account was on "the list" that was released. From the sound of it, only your Gawker network account was compromised.

@compro01: It's unlikely many people that aren't the government or research facilities have access to those machines, but that's still a definite possibility. Either way, my point is that even then, it's not even necessary due to the current viable attacks against it.

"Frequency response" can be very misleading; however, "frequency response curve" can by *very* useful.
