2014 - Lost Tony Gwynn
lol at the missed dunk at 1:38.
Being a die hard Chargers fan for many years I’m getting ready to know these feelings as well. I know we’re gone after Sunday’s game and it’s going to be a complete whirlwind of emotions for sure, but there’s nothing I can do about it. That being said I really do feel terrible for Rams fans. Seeing those jerseys last…
Serious question as I don’t really keep up with the NBA very much.....
“What does Victoria’s Secret have to do with it?”
Way too many people where I grew up don’t have this problem.
But if you’re looking for a dark horse in that race, I would strongly urge you to consider Vanderbilt. Imagine the most obnoxious school in the most obnoxious conference in college sports becoming the most obnoxious powerhouse in that conference.
God damn.
Serious question: I don’t think anyone really noticed because of the teams involved, but a ref screwed up the ending of the Titans-Raiders game on a terrible call also. The NFL has admitted it was a bad call, and if it wasn’t made, Oakland’s 4th down pass falls incomplete and the Titans kneel the ball three times and…
I can always say that I got my first NBA jersey at age 10, and it was Harold Miner. Oh yeah.
If someone told me I would have to call the bartender “barkeep” or I could never drink again.....I’d stop drinking.
The Browns have been lying to people for years about being an actual NFL team so they should get off their high horse.
I wasn’t expecting to get any serious emotional response from this, but the whole first minute and then closing with “It is where you were real in a way, because the “real” had not started yet.” is a shockingly true reflection on one’s hometown. So many people can relate.
It’s marginally true with the Preds. Chicago and St. Louis are the main culprits but they’re here because it’s easy to get completely shitfaced for cheap for blocks and blocks right outside of the building so honestly I don’t blame them. Except when Blues fans drunkenly rep the Cardinals. That’s crossing the line.
Eh. for what it’s worth I’m a Chargers fan living in Nashville and in 2013 every Charger fan I met from California enjoyed the fuck out of their time here. If I didn’t know any better I wouldn’t think of it as a town that stands out on an opposing road schedule though.
“Videoes can be old.”
I’ll bite on this for some reason. I get your point but I’ve yet to come across people who have some kind of odd disdain for Cam Newton...outside of reasons relating to his college career, much less for the reasons you said. I mean sure, living in SEC country there are people who don’t like him, but that’s just…
Just put whatever dignity you have aside and admit that it’s funny his name is Rod Wood.
What’s that? A reason to post this? Okay then.
