So lets say this hypothetical pandemic hire Chad is a $150k worker bee. Let’s also wildly under-guess that Marc Benioff makes $6,000,000 a year (probably off a whole digit, but lets just say).
Is Marc’s hot take that Chad is MUCH less than 2.5% as productive as Marc is? Because Chad is getting 2.5% of Marc’s…

I don’t get how loser employers offer shit wages, treat their workers like shit, then are surprised when workers display exactly as much loyalty as they are shown. If you want reliable workers, treat them as valuable assets vs. “human resources” (ie: interchangeable bricks you can swap out with no consequence or…
The title doesn’t say “All Twitter Users (but really only a secret subset of whom I’m going to silently and selectively sample...)”
It’s like someone said “I mean I’d *love* a Ted Cruz-type for 2024; I just wish he was dumber, more socially awkward, less intelligent and even even less attractive - oh wait hi desantis!” and boom: white bootie ron appears!
Not sure what Tesla is thinking - but they’re sitting on $12 billion in cash. I know some of it is going to Mexico and there is $$ earmarked for factory expansion in Germany, Texas and China, but at this point I think they’ve found everyone who had cash in hand and wanted a Model Y. Lowering prices further isn’t going…

Chick-Anti-Gay is still actively anti-LGBTQ. Surprised they get any coverage - maybe being actively hostile to a significant minority of the US isn’t the deal-breaker for you it is for me - haven’t touched one of their products since the late 80s.
Haven’t paid more than $2.99 for Extra Large in the Portland/Metro area - a non-monopolistic supplier keeps their prices low. Others seem to follow - at least around here. Press releases to the contrary, per-bird production actually went *up* in 2022 and the actual flock impact wasn’t nearly bad enough to account for…
HA! We *KNOW* Pam Anderson is lying, because at the time she was nearsighted and hadn’t gotten corrective surgery (it didn’t really even *exist* back then), and Tim Allen *FAMOUSLY* has a micropenis - everyone at Disney/ABC has been aware of his micropenis for DECADES.
Mouse 1 Pam 0.
Case. Dismissed.

Nice to hear about SNL - since it left Hulu Ad Free and was unceremoniously shat out on Peacock along with ads (there’s probably a paid ad-free tier on Peacock but nope), we’ve stopped watching. Turns out 48 minute SNL without ads is completely enjoyable - but with ads it’s a visit to the dentist.
Came to see the recommendation on NEW CLOTHES. My wife just got an undergarment - wore it without washing first - and is now awaiting final results on a biopsy because right where the garment’s tag was she immediately developed a red/painful rash that did not go away for a week even after treating with hydrocortisol…

Sony can’t sell me a PS5 but they keep advertising for PS5 games.
We’re moving from electric coil to electric induction - I can’t wait. Gas is aesthetically nice but once we got CO2 meters it was clear that gas is scary toxic - the CO2 in our place went from around 450 to 1000+ in about a minute (and over 750 is not great for your brains). Full blast exhaust fans
If the solution needs an acid to stay clear I am curious as to why they didn’t go with L-ascorbic acid and then add 100% (200%, etc.) of your daily vitamin C to the label... seems like a no-brainer
