Good thing that 7% is after dividends and inflation then, eh?

We moved six times before I was ten years old. By the time I was old enough, and had saved up enough money to move out, I bought a house in an area that I liked, and could see myself staying in for awhile. We’ve been in our current house now for 8 years, and the thought of moving, even now, makes me feel a bit…
7% annually, averaged out over a few decades is pretty much par for the course.....
Eh, the share price might drop down, but I’d fully expect it to do it’s almost perpetual porpoising, just at a lower price point. That bitch respects the channel.
Volvo was always good, except when it wasn’t, and I put that blame solely on Ford. After Ford cast off the chains of bondage, and the Chinese scooped up the floating remains, they basically threw money at Volvo and told them “you do you”. It’s working out wonderfully so far.
I don’t know how many they added exactly, but they definitely upped the amount of names as well. Some real obscure ones in there.
I’m in Michigan. Pretty sure there’s a law around here that requires a certain amount of salt be spread throughout the winter, regardless of snow fall. It’s not a matter of if a car is going to rust, but when.
Boosted camper van?
Hahaha, man, I ride a older ducati with arrow pipes, and my DD is a Evo with a full exhaust. The only way I’d ever get past this thing is with the clutch all the way in....
Just gotta dodge the dude until he runs outta bullets, everybody knows you don’t have to reload a snake.
My 5 year old frequently requests Queen, Dave Brubeck, and Bill Withers. The 3 year old just goes a long with whatever the older one is doing, so, hopefully it sticks.
No no, you were right the first time. Dude has a back gut.
There is no spoon.
I’m more concerned with the fact that there’s a fire hydrant almost as tall as he is.....Or I guess that he’s as short as a fire hydrant...
It’s pretty easy, a lot better than some of the other grinders I’ve had. Takes all of 5 minutes to remove the necessary parts and give it a once over.
Yup, personally I use a Baratza Encore, it may seem a bit pricey, but it’s all relative. One of the best entry-level grinders in my opinion.
I started roasting my own about 5 years ago or so now, it’s a fun little thing to do every once and awhile, and honestly, the coffee I get from it is very good. Out of everything though, a good burr grinder changed my coffee more than anything else.
Agreed, once I bought a “proper” grinder, my coffee comes out tasting better, and most importantly of all, it’s consistently better.
Naw man, the bagel is merely a delivery device, to facilitate moving vast quantities of cream cheese from one place into another. IE. my mouth.
