This is definitely the one expansion I won’t buy, as I’ll end up playing the game for 5 minutes, then proceed to pet my actual dogs. It’s for the same reason that I don’t buy pet sims.

I’m actually in my Xth playthrough right now, since I recently reinstalled Windows without backing up my saves. I am still not tired of bum-rushing to Potion of Youth + Cloning Machine, then using my newfound immortality to build a thriving business.
Game is still my guilty pleasure. I end up playing it at least once a year, even if I haven’t bought any expansions in a while (Dine Out aside).
Software will get me to play games on a certain platform.
While I’m not a player of eShop-only titles myself, one of the things going for the Switch is that it provides an avenue for people who still want their single-payment games, since the mobile phone gaming space seems to be filled with almost nothing but microtransaction-based games.
This is what I don’t get:
LOL, same here. 80% of the time, I play Switch on handheld, but because of issues with my right joycon (it has the same problems as people’s left joycons), I’ve been tempted for the longest time to buy a pro controller, just so that I can play properly during the 20% of the time I’m playing in docked mode.
This is a bummer, since I play in handheld most of the time. Doesn’t help that it’s usually in a bus, so no trays to set my Switch on to while my joycons are separated.
Can only speak for the SP framerate from the viewpoint of a “filthy casual”: it’s pretty stable. Did not notice any hiccups so far. Maybe when I dock the Switch and set quality to Performance will I (may) whine about it.
I for one will definitely do so, even if I was not a fan of the localization changes made.
I envy you. I on the other hand have managed to break a Nokia 3210 once. A 3210! And those phones were built like tanks!
At this rate, the only studios that will probably remain unscathed are DICE and (whatever’s left of) Maxis, due to Battlefield and The Sims still raking in the dough. Bioware hasn’t been on a roll lately (unless Anthem blows minds), and I have a feeling studios like Respawn are next in the chopping block.
I dunno. I tried the first God Eater, and found it a bit more complicated than MH, due to all the customizations you can do
Forgot to mention: translated to English :(
I just want an artifact-free version of SD3 :(
So I get to punch my PC monitor out of frustration instead of my TV?
The differences between the US and JP/PAL versions confused the heck out of me when I was a kid. I had the US version, and my neighbor had the JP version, and every time I went to his house, I also wondered why we had different Nintendo machines that played the same games, and why his cartridges worked on my console…
Story-wise, yes. Fumoffu was fun, and people thought Second Raid was much better than the first season.
I really would have appreciated a Calculus videogame. I was really horrible at the subject back in college.
See any thread where some dumbass comments how “easy” it would be to, say, add multiplayer or change engines.
