Of course it can be changed, but the bigger question is what would that involve? One of the comments here mentioned that changes can go as far as even changing code in the game itself. I’d like to think that it’s just a simple parameter that can be changed, but hey, crap happens.

That’s what we need to figure out: if changing the tick rate is something as simple as changing a parameter from “20" to “60", or if it involves a whole lot more than that. Chalk it up to the times when I’ve seen functions that seem so simple from a user’s perspective, but involve a whole lot of crap in the back-end.

I’m actually glad people don’t like playing support: I’ve got bad reflexes, so playing a support character like Mercy makes me more useful to the team at least.

I don’t think anyone’s “weeb trash”, but if there are characters that fit the bill, that would probably be Tracer, D.Va, and maybe Mei and Widowmaker. Hanzo and Genji both don’t strike me as “weeb characters” imo.

Hmm, I feel it depends on the characters you refer to use: guys like Reinhardt and Genji might work better with a controller, but others, like Soldier 76 and Hanzo, will definitely work better with a KB+M.

I was hoping for some hipster status when I consider Soldier 76 as one of my favorite characters. Turns out that won’t be the case after all, judging by the comments.

I wonder if it is even possible to fix netcode once a game is released. It seems like this will take more than changing parts of the code here-and-there.

Well, they did say higher tick rates can be done for custom games, so maybe esports events will utilize this? Just speculating what the possible workarounds are.

No worries. I also have the same sentiment: unless some friends buy it, I won’t be buying this game. Not that it’s bad, but competitive multiplayer games are not my cup of tea.

This is...oddly appropriate

Personal favorite is the art of the Hanzo and his brother.

While I think the game itself is nothing special, the art style just resonates with me

Soldier 76 best husbando, er, I mean, favorite character (because he is no one’s favorite character /wears hipster shades)

Oh, you meant PS4? Not sure if they did it on that platform, but they did have a demo weekend on Steam before it was released.

Didn’t they essentially do #1?

I would continue to play Warframe if there was an Asian server I can connect to. Sadly, the speed of the game requires low ping to play properly.

I find it weird that though the cover character is Tracer, the collectible statue and tutorial levels all feature Soldier 76.

Worst part is that I still don’t get why it’s possible for (former) Overwatch agents to go against each other, and even ally with the“bad guys” (ex. Widowmaker). At least TF2's lore sets up the Red vs Blue multiplayer battles.

Weird, but the thing that drew me to racing games was that I got to race what’s considered as “everyday drivers”. As a result, I’m not so hyped with this particular GT game (and never got into, say F1 racing games).

I’ve had the fortune of working for a company that issued me two Dell IPS monitors as part of my workstation. It’s the one (or two) piece of office equipment I want to bring home with me.
