By “gently,” I mean that he’s slowly lowering her to the ground rather than dropping her. The reasonable excuse would be that she was in on the joke and they’d planned it ahead of time. Though that doesn’t appear to be the case from the way the person filming reacts.

Maybe it’s a brewery or something? I see picnic tables. It looks more like an ally than a bar though.

Not solid enough apparently, but thanks. :)

That was the joke, yes.

Really weird. But the description here sounds worse than the actual video. I wouldn’t say Miller throws the woman to the ground. It looks more like he’s gently placing her on the ground, being careful to cushion her fall. My guess would be joke that got out of hand. Not that that necessarily makes it okay. It would

That’s really reductive and I could easily make a similar statement about Seinfeld or basically any other show.

Nah... Bernie could get a total of three votes in the remaining states and it would still be spun as a conspiracy against him.

Did he really? I did not know that.

What? You don’t want to see the further adventures of a broken down old man and his douchey son who swings on vines?

Nah... God loves, man kills.

None. That part was filmed elsewhere. There are zero oceanside cliffs in North Carolina, near the Wilmington area where the film was set or otherwise.

Both careers peaked early and fizzed out, but Philippe at least made a few movies I’d be willing to watch. Cruel Intentions, The Way of the Gun, Gosford Park, and Igby Goes Down all range from really solid to at least watchable depending on who you ask. Prinze, on the other hand, hasn’t made one other movie I’d be

Yes. That’s it exactly. People added the “Luke” in there so their friends would know what they were quoting. Within a few years, we’d all heard the movie quoted far more than we’d actually seen the movie, so the false quote replaced the real one in our memories.

It’s a good thing that they didn’t cast Liz Phair because then they would have had to cast her son in the remake and I don’t even think he acts.

Yet another comment section where we can lament the fact that no one is publicly offering “the most dangerous game.” Cowards.

It was truly the best of times and the blurst of times.

The Aldi Finds section is the best. Lots of fun new things to try that you’ll never, ever see again. I’m addicted to their habanero and ancient grains salsa.

Why does it just repeat over and over again on the video? That’s odd. Also, embarrassingly, I was scanning through via mouseover to find artists I was actually interested in hearing and I thought Billy Joe was Bruno Mars and skipped past him. Not that I needed to hear “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” again anyway. Though

Now I know. And knowing is a statistically significant portion of the battle.

Sounds like the plot of a murder mystery. Turns out that it was another actor who was jealous and poisoned him while using the fugu as cover.
