MB said Fiona had trouble with their gang when they discovered she was an alien, so probably MB isn’t one.

Kind of feel like Nora is what Wally was supposed to be, the young, enthusiastic speedster who makes Barry realize how much he’s grown. Wally got dragged down into family drama and whining and some stupid pod thing from Savatar and why did I just bother to remember season three please slap me.
I think they will do minor arcs, although Cicada will have some influence on the plot throughout the season, at least that’s what is mentioned here.
Honestly I was so glad they straight up told everyone. I was dreading an overextended secret keeping part that lasts way too long. We seen enough of it in past seasons, and even the other shows, we don't need more forced drama that can be easily avoided by just telling everyone.
I actually really enjoyed this episode. Maybe I don’t mind the repetition of Flash-training-a-new-speedster because Nora is far less moody than Wally. Poor Wally got weighed down with inexplicable family-angst issues that seemed to exist only to create conflict. But I find Nora to be a lot of fun, and I really liked…
You missed the real joke about Ken the barista.
I was having trouble getting into the first half, but where this episode goes left me stunned. Sometimes it’s hard to build up storylines like this, and feel like the reveal pays off, but this was absolutely worth it. The Della explanation could have been lame, but it was an exciting and tragic tale. (And yes, Donald…
I can’t speak to why the AV Club covers it but I think the reason I find it so fascinating it that it’s a crash course in how to write an adaptation for a TV series the right way. There is a LOT in here that plays tribute to the original source material. Not just the original show mind you, but the years and years of…
Kara bailing on being Kara Danvers/Supergirl, and her sister, was infuriating. If by the end of the episode Kara realizes that was stupid and wrong and Supergirl is who she is now maybe it will have been worth it.
Well, time travel, so strictly speaking, if he ever goes back, from her perspective, it ought to be instant.
I like Mon-El and I like Chris Wood so I hope he’s still around next season - but as long as this show is on the CW, I don’t imagine they’ll move away from romance drama.
It would be crazy for him not to have taken a couple slices for research purposes.
“I promise to never make you feel sad that I won’t be a father because of what you are” sounds like a monstrously passive-aggressive vow
Clive & Dale’s wedding vows were awful, but in their defense they apparently wrote them in five minutes on post-it notes and at least they were short
Especially since they went with “her brain was the cure.... except only one non-replicable dose of it”. Which makes zero sense and makes the entirely storyline just a way to give Clive a traditional American family. (By the way, “I promise to never make you feel sad that I won’t be a father because of what you are”…
Don E as usual this season spoke for me in his being disbelieving that Blaine actually seemed to be mourning his piece of crap dad.
I’LL NEVER GET OVER LOWELL
Yeah, you can actually feel the writers wishing they hadn’t made him quite so evil at the start because he’s so funny and entertaining. And then they killed off someone who would actually made a good frenemy, Gilda.
AND LOWELL!
I AM STILL NOT OVER LOWELL.
