It looks like a nice little car that would be fun to get around in but I'd rather have a more modern small car like a Mini Cooper.... with safety standards

I'd definitely say 10 is not enough. The versatility of Subaru's AWD, and Audi's Quattro in modern cars shows just how seamless AWD can be. I think (WRX STi, EVO, S/RS4, R8) etc should have had a spot on the list. It's awesome to have race cars, but I think a car you can drive everyday that exhibits the awesome grip

It's not that bad.... If the have a clean record and can remain on their parent's insurance plans.

I've always loved the 2004-2005 Subaru Impreza/WRX/STi tailights. To me they're like an image of rallying.

Haha ya, fair enough. I actually drive a 2005 WRX Sedan (modded to stage 2 or as I like to call "HOW THE CAR SHOULD HAVE CAME FROM THE FACTORY" haha) and work for a large Subaru dealer part time when I'm not in class being a full time student in college.

I think the (not on dealer lots yet) 2012 Subaru Impreza should be on the list. Comes in 4 and 5 door variants, 36 MPG+, and of course the real winner that nothing else on the list had: AWD!

I think we had enough of a laugh the last time we Daewoo came over as a rebadged Chevy (then later Pontiac). The Aveo was a total crap box, we don't need another.

The only one I have an issue with is the solstice coupe. They didnt drive that great, interior was horrible and cramped, wasn't that quick, and damn the visibility anywhere was awful.

the history report makes the car worth nothing...

Eh, the extra gear does nothing, its more of the bulletproof-ness of the STi 6 speed that is more appealing. Either car is an awesome ride for every seasons, I'm not sure what's more fun, cruising in the summer or being able to go anywhere (almost) in the winter as well.

I'd take a Subaru. Problem solved. Preferably of the WRX or STi variety with snow tires.

everything looks to be done right and to have high quality workmanship but for that kind of money...I'd get something else.

would be a nice pick up but finding parts and sorting out the mess (i'm sure there's more than the seller is disclosing) could be quite a headache...

You forgot leaky intake manifold gaskets.... so you don't have to WAIT for them to fail? GM sure did build alot of crap.

Now that is some serious restraint when it comes to cars...

i know the new eclipse sucks but are they purposely killing off any interest in the brand? What do they have left thats worth buying instead of a nissan/honduh/toyotah/subaru/or any other american brand?

Is it wrong to say this is almost as cool as the neon SRT4 thought it was? Doesn't really sound too bad of a car, which is hard to say about an avenger as somehow, the older neon was a better car.

True, but the gains are there.

This is a joke right? At least I hope it is.

I'm 21 and going to school full time,
