I’m pissed about my G4 bootlooping, too (still at LG being repaired as we speak), and was seriously set on the Samsung S8 as my next phone. But I really liked the G2 and G4 for all the reasons you and everyone else in the comments section mentioned, so am actually now leaning towards the V30 as my next phone. I just

Because my family was behind the times.

I’m in the midwest and I’m always alarmed when I travel to the coasts how courtesy just goes out the window.

Fwiw - All 5 previous DPRK tests were between 1:00 am and 3:00 am UTC (between 9:00 pm and 11:pm eastern).

But this is the exact playbook set out by the airline. These weren’t rogue employees, these people did everything United has instructed them to do. Flights are intentionally overbooked anticipating a certain percentage to not show up, allowing United to make more money. Then they offer vouchers (on other oversold

Exactly, do the folks at UA not know it’s 2017 and literally every single human being on the planet has a fucking camera on them all the time? They know the internet is a thing right?

I’m sure he will have multiple lawyers bidding to represent him. The settlement offers will just write themselves with this kind of bad publicity.

It’s also a PR nightmare. It will cost them millions in bad publicity for being the airline of assholes who throw physically throw paying customers off of planes for stupid reasons.

In what universe is this not just a done-deal massive cash settlement for the poor sap they just dragged off the flight? Even if united had contractual authority to remove passengers for this reason, doing so BY FORCE seems like it’s just making someone a millionaire overnight...

Ted Cruz is Vogon poetry personified.

FYI, Verizon/At&t/etc. offers unlimited data to business/enterprise with no questions asked or strings attached, so it’s a money grab because screwing the customer is so much easier than being honest.

Do you have to mount the antenna on a wall or window (as pictured) or can you lay it in a cabinet?

Love McKinnon. She pretty much stole GHOSTBUSTERS.

Just sounds like a Sliders rehash to me, except with more standing sets. Though Neil Gaiman’s involvement is promising.

Looking at all of the people Donny is giving positions to, the conman’s con is even more successful since all of them are well established grifters and could never find themselves in these positions of power based on their own merits.

And now you can be a smartass like me! Welcome to the dark side.

You are using carpe diem wrong

I’ve ALWAYS had good luck with Motorola devices. Hell, I used to work at McDonalds and my Moto Razr M (the smartphone, not the old flip phone) actually fell into the deep fat frier and was in there for 30 seconds before I could fish it out.

The argument to be made is never buy new hardware on its release date. Wait 3 months and let reviewers tell you whether it’s trash or not. I don’t understand the current desperation to be on the bleeding edge when the tech advancement from year to year is now minuscule. We need to be smarter consumers.

Pretty satisfied with my Motorola G3. Hasn’t died, hasn’t blown up and no bloatware. Bought it with Android 5 and it immediately updated to 6 once it was out and it’s expected to update again with 7 (although it’ll be after newer models).
