All I’m reading here is “Oh, no! How will we survive without the government!?”

Ever watched those videos? If you have, doesn’t it bother you that they are selling human body parts? Well, it does me and I don’t want my tax money going there. Maybe their CEO could take a little cut in her $500,000 salary. There are many other ways for women to get the little healthcare PP provides. It’s too bad

Bingo. The one’s claiming this is much to do about nothing are the same ones that stick their head in the progressive sand and refuse to watch the videos. Whether it is fear of guilt or party loyalty, it is not a secret that the money being funneled to PP is going directly to abortions. It really shouldn’t be hard to

Actually, it is true. PP uses creative accounting and services counts to claim they are not using government funds to do abortions, but that is simply false. The Hyde Amendment is circumvented because proper oversight is not given to this hideous agency.

The budget is a large document that funds the entire government. If the president refuses to sign it because there is nothing in there for Planned Parenthood, that it seems to me that he is the one who is not following the rules.

This is so petty and Raider-esk, it’s fucking perfect, Al Davis would be proud.

You don’t have to try and remember. The page is dated October 2014. There’s also a button which will take you to the previous terms (dated October 2012) which reads:

It’s neither a gift, nor a donation, nor an investment. Kickstarters terms of use specify that if your project is funded you must complete the project and fulfill each reward. Actually read up on how Kickstarter works instead of assuming you know how it does.

Well it’s still kind of funny, in that you’re upset with people not “getting it” when you don’t get it yourself. Have you read Kickstarters terms of use?

Kickstarter is not an investment site, it’s a crowdfunding site. It’s like investing, but not quite; backers do not get any stake in the project or final product. Backers should be entitled to pull their money out if they wish.

I am realizing I’m probably someone else’s abjectly terrible restaurant employee story.

As the gf/author of the thirsty waitress (so glad there is a term for this now) I wish I had let her have it. But at 17, I was a chicken.

The soup of the day is usually Hitler miss, but I’m sure you’ll just Goebbels up today’s gestapo soup.

Didn't know calling in dead was a thing. Totally trying that out tomorrow.

Oh I know it won’t be perfect, I am under no illusions. I have an iPad 3 and my daughter has an iPod Touch. With kids and a busy work life I am tired of taking crappy photos, tired of working on ADB to try and make Android what it should be, and tired of phone manufacturers ignoring their users (seriously Moto? The

Wow....that’s sad. I have owned most of those Android phones and several other flagships that were dropped after maybe one update - I have probably had over 20 Android phones since the OG Droid (I work in IT and we cycle through a lot of devices).

I was working at a margarita bar on the water, so winter was slow. We relied on our regulars, a few of which were a group of late twenties bro dudes who would come in for nachos and fish bowl sized margaritas. They were generally ok, except they LOVED to flirt with all of the female staff, despite none of us being
