I hate to say it, but I was in a car with a friend who did that. We were in a modified Porsche and we blew passed a radar trap. They buried the needle to the next off ramp then we quietly found a back road to leisurely drive away on at a completely legal pace.

But that doesn't excuse what I did. I came into Virginia and broke their laws; I drove way too fast. This is my fault and no one else's. (Well, maybe the ZL1's.) This wasn't one of those moments where I got nailed going 5 mph over in some ridiculously low section of a county designed only for revenue collection.

Sony MDR-V6 or 7506. Neutral frequency response, relatively portable, incredibly comfortable, renown for over 30 years in the production industry. A real workhorse on a budget, as they can be found for as low as $85 or so. They're so good, they have a Wikipedia article.

I understand that this is the Internet and people lie constantly, so I don't blame you. I have nothing to gain by relaying this story. But whether you believe it or not, people are REMARKABLY stupid, and putting a badge on them (or a judge's robe, or a politician's suit) doesn't change that fact in the least.

This is a fake story. I refuse to believe anyone is that stupid.

So I'm supposed to run from the cops in a press car owned by General Motors, with one of their employees in the passenger's seat?

Took most of the article to get confirmation that it was Patrick writing it. I just found it impossible to believe someone could go to jail for speeding in a press car. That's just insane.

people who go more than 80 should go to jail before drug dealers? I'm sorry but I believe even our legal system makes more sense than that statement.

To clarify, if you'd have been going 93 MPH in an active school zone I'd have probably fired you.

I like this version better. TLDR

Jesus, I thought CA was bad. And jail for speeding is bullshit.

even if it is not final, it is still sad.

Christ as a prophet and your ascent to Godhood makes you not a Christian by definition.

I'm Catholic. And while I know it's not very Christian of me to say, I just find Mormon's to be...creepy.

Your faith is "mocked", because it's ridiculous

Why should we respect them?
