What the hell are you talking about? Cars that come with USB ports have USB-A ports (“regular” USB ports). All iPhones come with a Lightning cable that has a USB-A connector on the other end. That cable works perfectly fine in car USB ports. Mini-USB doesn’t come into play here at all.
