Liquor licenses are one of these weird things where you can’t hide behind corporate ownership. Just about every jurisdiction demands the background of everyone who ones more than a certain percentage of the entity, and they can’t have criminal records/credit problems/etc.

I agree, but when you start branding a method and trademarking its name, you open yourself up to claims like this. 

There’s no real argument for these people not to be independent contractors, they do the same work for multiple companies whenever they choose.

While there’s something to be said for patient autonomy, I do wonder if this could have been prevented by force feeding, as horrific as it is, and proper care.

Yeah but a for-profit school is likely a commuter campus which is a very different experience than a small new england liberal arts school.

Sort of. We structured it as giveaways/contests, which increased visibility/engagement. But it’s tough to measure long term impact.

It won’t affect you if you’re a major influencer. It will make it harder for brands to find smaller influencers to reach out to. When I was doing marketing for a small food company, we’d look for people with around 10-40k followers and look at the ratio of likes to see how their content performed.

the northeast corridor is the last place that needs this. It has fast trains already.
