@CommentingpointlesslyisMeh: There is a wizard in the gui app that can do this. Im sure windows will run the same way, you would still need a webserver however... at least for the interface to launch your videos..

@CommentingpointlesslyisMeh: VLC player is an amazingly strong app. Ive had rtsp streaming setup on a box with the ability to launch video or music ondemand as well. though this does require knowledege of linux/webserver/php.html.js once you get it going though the possibilities are almost endless..

@nicktennear: They seem to update streetview for Toronto quite a bit... I see them driving around every 4 months or so... same area's.. I dont think they update that frequent everywhere tho..
@xair: My friend saw them driving around Toronto in his neighborhood...saw it turn the corner so he ran around the other way and made a pose as it passed by.. luck maybe?
