I read that as a CEO of an EV company being excited about the government supporting clean energy and EVs. I did not see any indication from that statement that he was “sure” or “confident” that his company would get the USPS contact; in fact Schrader didn’t even bring up the USPS contract, the host did.

I read that as Schrader believing that Workhorse had a great shot at the USPS contract due to Biden’s comments. Unless evidence comes out that Workhorse already knew they were out of the running, these comments are just optimism.

The whole point of ABS is to avoid lockup, which means pulsing the brakes electronically to keep the wheel spinning. By nature of that, it extends your braking distance. It didn’t STOP braking, but it certainly interrupted braking.
