I fast travel, especially when wearing power armor, since the power isn't infinite (I like it this way, makes me use the armor sparingly), however, fast travel doesn't use any power at all.

I would get the SAW and set OGC to target the body bounding box, never the head shot box (too obvious) made short work of people and no one ever knew the wiser. I once played the DEAGLE map and everyone was cheating, nothing like head shotting everyone
