When you play FO3 with DLC, the moment you get out of the vault the first time. Sneak your way to the Operation Anchorage DLC and complete that. You can do it at whatever level you happen to be at. It gives you the best armor in the game, and an awesome scoped weapon.

Play it on the PC, edit the shit out of your character, give him 10s in everything, money out the wazoo, level 2 animal friend. That is what I did.
