The average american voter’s reaction to reason:

I think in this comparison, Bill Pullman’s character was informed by the Air Force and SETI that an alien invasion was approaching the planet, but if Pullman simply followed the playbook left by the previous president who had handled several alien invasions, we could keep the invasion under control. Instead, Bill…
2% of 95 million ain’t too shabby imo.
How long before he starts pitching Alex Jones brand male virility supplements?
Wait wait wait....wait.........wait.....
You’re going to sit there, with a straight face, and tell me that this man who has made a living off “playing” the heel, who was kicked out of E3 and banned from Twitch for streaming inside a public restroom, who cheated on his wife multiple times, and is now spouting herd…
You’re not wrong and I do like it when they cover some smaller, unknown releases from time to time but I’m also pretty sure they have internal numbers that show doing that would be...ill-advised from a traffic standpoint.
The best bet is for people who want to read about smaller indie games to do the same thing:…
“The only thing we can do is continue to keep this in mind as purchasers of games...”
To be fair, long time ago, it was mostly lots of big budget games competing vs one another - I’m talking pre-2013. I remember buying big publisher packs, dozens of games, for under $80 if not less. Then when proverbial gates were opened. So you could say that 2012 and 2013 was probably the best time for indies that…
You’re not wrong. But in the end the enormity of it all and the personal pain felt across the country will do him in. Vast swaths of the population have been brainwashed into not trusting the media. They have to viscerally feel/witness the human cost. And this time they will.
lol @ competitive Fortnite - there has to be a better way, this is just pathetic.
You realize that steam big picture mode was developed by a team right? and you indicated you use it all the time.
So you won’t pay them, but you’ll pay epic to go out and grab exclusives... and keep leaching off steams features sets it develops.
I saw on reddit that Epic’s launcher went down. Nobody could play any of their games, including the single player only Metro that has been getting so much attention from this whole mess. Epic needs to put a big ol “early Access” sticker on their whole launcher.
Valve has to have a ton of overhead with all the servers they run, the constant updates from security threats, the market, VR, the community, and countless other things that Epic store does not have. I find it crazy that it even has to be mentioned.
Going to be speaking with my money (and it is the only thing 2K cares about) by not buying BL3 until 2020 (if at all). And then only once it has gone down in price on steam (or GoG if that is an option). Yes, yes. I know they won’t miss one sale and it will take a lot of similarly minded people to make up for the…
I don’t really see how people are accurately comparing what Valve does and what Epic is doing.
Valve never paid for a Steam exclusive. If games were Steam “exclusives”, it was only because the publisher decided they didn’t need to list on any other online stores. Epic is paying handsomely for their exclusives.
More so with how unsecure Epic accounts can get. I am glad my account didnt get penetrated by a hack but I know so many friends who say some hacker bought items on their account. Valve may also have hackers and even scammers rampant but not to an extent Epic has. Also you could deal with it in general.
